Course Description
This DPOS-approved Chemical Peel Certification is a supportive, hands-on training designed to help licensed skincare providers build confidence with superficial to medium-depth chemical exfoliation. The hybrid structure includes 7 hours online and two 8.5-hour in-person clinical training days, giving you both strong theory and real-world practice.

The hybrid structure includes 6 hours online and one 8-hour in-person clinical training day, giving you both foundational knowledge and real-world practice.

This 40-hour state-approved program establishes the critical groundwork for a successful laser career. You’ll learn the science, safety, and foundational techniques behind laser hair removal, IPL, vascular reduction, and skin rejuvenation. Beginning with fundamentals ensures you understand how energy interacts with skin—setting you up for safe practice, consistent results, and a strong transition into advanced modalities.
As part of Katica’s Laser Mentorship approach, students also receive personalized guidance designed to refine technique, strengthen clinical decision-making, and build lasting confidence as they grow into more advanced laser work.
Laser Foundations Certification Course
Course Description
This comprehensive 40 hour Laser Certification prepares licensed estheticians and medical professionals to safely and confidently perform laser and light-based treatments in clinical settings, including laser hair removal, IPL photofacials, vascular vein treatments, skin rejuvenation, RF microneedling, Q-Switched tattoo removal, and treatments for a wide range of skin types using advanced multi-platform laser technology.
Students build a strong foundation in laser physics, skin anatomy, safety protocols, client assessment, treatment parameters, and hands-on application using professional-grade laser and energy-based devices under licensed supervision.
Katica Advanced Aesthetics is an approved school through the Colorado Department of Higher Education Division of Private Occupational Schools (DPOS), and this course meets all required state requirements.
